The Service utilizes third-party artificial intelligence models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate suggestions. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we transmit your input data to these third-party providers to generate responses.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Ensure all generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., LinkedIn User Agreement).
• Not misuse the Service to generate spam, misleading, discrimination, or harmful content.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or bypass rate limits of the Service.
• Not submit sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or secrets in your prompts unless necessary.

3. AI-Generated Content & Liability

FlashCopy uses artificial intelligence to generate content ("Generative AI"). AI systems are probabilistic and may produce inaccurate, incorrect, or offensive output ("Hallucinations").

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY GENERATED OUTPUT.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing, creating, and editing final content before sending or publishing it. FlashCopy disclaims all liability arising from your use of AI-generated content.

4. Service Availability & Changes

We act as an intermediary for third-party AI services. We do not guarantee uptime or availability of these third-party services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

5. Accounts and Access

Some features of FlashCopy require an account. You responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment. All pricing, billing terms, and subscription details will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the outputs generated for you, to the extent permitted by law.

Our Property: All branding, software, and technology related to FlashCopy are the exclusive property of FlashCopy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLASHCOPY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
